Host Vanessa Baxter talks to an inspiring line-up of Kiwi women in business – uncovering what drives them, what challenges them, and why their enterprises are thriving in a Covid world.

Covid has completely changed the way we are doing business – things are not going back to how they were. We know that women were deeply affected during the pandemic. In the New Zealand labour market, women were more greatly affected than men by the rapid changes created by the Covid-19 lockdowns.

This podcast series is all about highlighting the resilience of women who are meeting challenges in their businesses, post-Covid. A new episode will be released every Thursday throughout June.

Visible Women is hosted by Vanessa Baxter, a freelance writer with a special interest in purpose-driven enterprises and the people behind them. Visible Women is made possible thanks to support from Foundation North, and the team at Crescendo Trust.
