ASEF Update: Planning your Day

ASEF is now just 2 weeks away, and if you have registered you can now choose your sessions with the link in your inbox. If you’re not sure which sessions will be best for you, we’ve pulled together some example days to inspire your decision. These will depend on why you are attending ASEF and what you are looking to get out of it.

ASEF begins on October 19th with a warm welcome and an opening plenary. From there the day splits into four streams of sessions, which you as an participant will have the option to choose between before everyone comes together again for a final closing plenary and drinks.

Session bookings opened on October 5th, but you won’t be able to book until you’ve registered for a ticket!
Most sessions are limited in numbers to allow in depth conversation with the panellists:

  • Participative sessions in Kamalas hold up to 60 people
  • Participative sessions in The Living Room hold up to 40 people
  • Workshops hold up to 40 people
  • The Mini Plenaries have no cap so you will always be able to book this.
