About the Impact Enterprise Fund 

The Impact Enterprise Fund is New Zealand's first domestic focused impact investment fund. The Fund provides growth capital to businesses who deliver social and/or environmental impact, alongside attractive financial returns.

This Fund has two primary objectives: delivering market-rate financial returns, and delivering tangible societal and environmental outcomes. 

The Fund, whilst still open for investment, is now live after a First Close at $8 million.

Our first investment: Melon Health 

We have recently announced the first business the Impact Enterprise Fund is investing in, Melon Health Ltd. Read the media release for all the info about this exciting annoucement!  

Melon Health is an exciting New Zealand Company that has developed a platform for delivering chronic disease management and treatment programmes digitally. Melon’s service, integrates with other patient care applications, helps with tracking, remote monitoring, behaviour change and provides peer and professional support to patients. It has had significant success in New Zealand and is now focused on US expansion having made great headway to date with contracts signed with both United Healthcare and Oscar Health.

For Investors 


The Impact Enterprise Fund has gone live following the completion of its first round of fundraising. After receiving expressions of interest from potential investors in excess of $8 million, the Fund completed a First Close on 8 February. This First Close comprises 35 investors, from a diverse range of investment backgrounds, structures, and geographies. The Fund has two cornerstone investors, St John’s College Trust Board and The Tindall Foundation, and has attracted offshore investment.  

Investors wanting to support the creation and development of positive social and environmental outcomes as well as generate full market financial returns can still invest into the Fund, with a Final Close expected in late July.
